Urgently hiring an Quality Control Analyst for a growing CDMO cell and gene therapy company
Job Description:
+ Perform testing to help develop methods for flow cytometry and QC analysis
+ Perform cell culture and cell counting in order to analyze for quality control
+ Help perform analysis for flow methods and complexity testing
+ Provide input to improve workflow and laboratory activity
+ Provide input and proficiency in relevant QC testing
+ Provide training and some oversight to new employees on team
Qualifications:
+ Bachelors or masters degree in related scientific field.
+ Experience and/or understanding of microbiology testing methods.
+ 3-4 years of experience performing flow cytometry assays and endotoxin testing.
+ Previous cell and gene therapy experience is preferred.
Work Environment:
+ Shift - Tuesday to Saturday OR Sunday to Thursday (Need flexibility)
+ Working within an ISO 5 to ISO-8 regulated cleanroom environment.
+ Handling patient blood samples as well as donor samples.
