Concierge Lead

Reports to: General Manager

Job Summary: As the Concierge Lead at Mint Eco Car Wash, you play a pivotal role in consistently delivering a 'five-star' experience for our guests and employees. We Exist to Make People Happy, success in this role is driven by our commitment to being experimental, expert in our field, and maintaining a critical eye for continuous improvement. We prioritize building strong relationships through open communication, honesty, and trust. Our process-oriented approach ensures that we trust in our methods and continually refine them for optimal results, firmly believing in the power of trusting the process as a key driver of our success. The concierge lead is also tasked with opening and closing the site and assisting their team in administrative duties- such as creating schedules and training new team members,

Key Responsibilities:

1. Department Performance:

* Contribute to your department's success by working with and inspiring your team to reach and exceed the department's goals relative to sale mix, p-rates, and Google reviews.

2. Accountability:

* Hold team members accountable who are not performing at the required level.
* Celebrating team members who are consistently high achievers.

3. Training & Coaching:

* Work alongside your department's training staff to quickly train new hires.
* Provide additional training/re-training to existing staff members as needed.
* Provide ongoing performance feedback through coaching.

4. Customer Service:

* You must be able to resolve guest complaints in a manner that is professional, empathetic, and consistent.

Qualifications:

* Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
* Previous experience in customer service, sales, or leadership roles.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in the car wash industry or related field.
* Sales experience and familiarity with DRB point-of-sale system.
