About the Role

As a Per Diem Pharmacist you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate and timely delivery of prescription orders to patients. Your responsibilities will include:

* Learn our systems thoroughly, managing both internal and external pharmacy operations


* Be a team player, handling various aspects of prescription orders such as processing, filling, inventory, and customer inquiries


* Communicate well with doctors' offices, pharmacies, and insurers to meet prescription needs.


* Collaborate with pharmacy colleagues to ensure a smooth customer experience in a dynamic workflow and work with our courier team to handle deliveries efficiently


* Provide counseling and drug-related information to customers for both prescription and over-the-counter items



Requirements

* You have 1-2+ years of relevant pharmacy experience, including prescription processing, inventory management, and customer inquiries


* You hold a valid Pharmacist License in the State of employment


* You are ready to work as required to provide coverage for any unplanned absences, days off, or scheduled time off


* You understand how to create a great customer experience and can analyze and improve pharmacy processes


* You are available to work within operating hours: Atlanta Pharmacy Hours: 9:00am EST to 6:00pm EST, Saturday and Sunday: 11:00am EST to 3:00pm EST
