To perform clerical & related duties on one or more nursing units. To act as receptionist for assigned nursing unit. Maintain order of charts/work station. Must maintain confidentiality of patient & hospital. Requires tact and diplomacy for interactions with patients of all ages, family and health team members. Requires good reading, writing, and communication skills.
