LTSR- MHP

A beautiful privately owned skilled nursing facility located in Beaver, PA is currently seeking an experienced LTSR- MHP (Mental Health Professional)

**Salary: Up To $25/HR (Depending on Experience)**

Responsibilities of the LTSR Director:

• Coordinate the clinical treatment & daily activities of the adult mental health LTSR program
• Schedule and conduct individual, group, and family counseling sessions for the program
• Oversee program operations, budget, policies and procedures regarding resident involvement, program requirements, staffing and regulatory compliance
• Direct and supervise the activities of the LTSR staff
• Prepare reports apprising facility management, county mental health agencies, and insurance providers of the status and implementation of programs and services
• Plan, develop and administer budgets for operations, equipment and support services for the unit.
• Management the LTSR unit beds

Qualifications of the LTSR Director:

• Must have a Masters degree in Social Services and or Behavioral Health required
• Must have 1 year of mental health clinical experience
• Must be registered, licensed or certified to practice in this profession, if that profession is governed by a licensing board in this Commonwealth
• Must have long-term care experience
• Knowledge of an LTSR program
• Management and supervisory experience required
• Must have experience with oversight of schedules/working with doctors to ensure regulatory compliance
• Must have experience working with community and county liaisons to submit monthly billing timely
