**Minimum Qualifications:**

Bachelors degree in basic science or equivalent and 2 years of related experience or Masters degree in basic science or related field and no experience required.

**Job Description:**

Conducts variety of routine and non-routine research assignments and experiments in a high containment facility including Biosafety Levels 3 or 4.

**Job Duties:**

+ Performs, coordinates, and conducts standard research experiments following general technical instructions.

+ Performs functions of research projects utilizing bio-hazardous substances.

+ Performs technical services such as tissue sampling, blood draws, anesthesia, and injections.

+ Makes modifications to research techniques as required by investigator.

+ Follows specific protocols.

+ Conducts quality control measures for assigned project operations.

+ Contributes to scientific analysis and projects.

+ Orders and maintains lab inventory of supplies, animals, and equipment.

+ Maintains records of all tests performed and data collected, compiles, and tabulates data, provides analysis of results, and engages in.

+ Maintains knowledge of biohazard operations

**Salary Range:**
