Hiring Full-time Server/Waitstaff

Friday-Sunday 3:30pm-7:30pm

& Monday 6:00am-2:00pm

Pay rate: $16-18/Hr. Flat rate

OUR MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

* Must be 16 years of age or older
* Proficient in written and verbal English
* Demonstrates a willingness to learn and work in a hands-on position
* Interest in working with aging population

Your Typical Daily Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional dining service to a group of assigned tables in our on-site restaurant
* Take meal orders from residents and their guests and enter with accuracy into our Point of Sale System
* Complete all front of house side work in preparation for meal service to ensure efficiency, organization and sanitation
* Assist with meal service at special events and celebrations held within the Belmont Village community

Skills Required for Success

* Being flexible and adaptable to different schedules, tasks and evolving needs within the department
* Proficient in verbal and written English with strong oral and written communication skills
* Ability to actively listen, observe, identify and anticipate guests needs with a strong focus on customer service
* Ability to follow detailed instruction while working as part of a team to achieve a collective goal
