Overview

ConGlobal is seeking an experienced Diesel Truck Mechanic for our location in Saint Paul, MN

As a Diesel Technician/ Mechanic, you are responsible for assessing and repairing our fleet of Semi Tractor/Trailers at the Railyard.

Competitive Starting Pay: $34.00 - $40.00 hourly.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

* Identifies problems with mechanical, hydraulic, diesel & electrical systems and executes solutions
* Reads & understands hydraulic & electrical schematics
* Troubleshoots and repairs diesel engines (Cat, Cummins, Detroit).
* Performs maintenance & mechanical repairs on Hostlers & Forklifts.
* Maintains routine maintenance schedules on all Tractor Semi/ Trailers

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

* 1-3 years of Tractor Semi/Trailer repair & Maintenance experience
* Knowledge of diesel engine systems, including fuel, electrical, cooling, and exhaust systems
* Able to perform maintenance inspections that include tune-ups, oil changes, and other key services.
* Able to inspect mileage, belts, flushing fluids, and gasket replacements.
* Hydraulic and electrical maintenance experience is required
* Ability to lift 50lbs.
* Open availability required (All Shifts & Holidays)
* Willingness to work in varying weather conditions
* Owning tools preferred but not required
* Valid Driver's License
