CNP Aide

"Position Summary:

Assist Campus Director with duties related to the Child Nutrition Program, Truancy, and other daily operations.

Qualifications:

Education/Certification:
One year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience:
School office experience helpful (preferred)
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs):
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Access and Excel
Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing with staff, students, and parents
Ability to organize and correctly calculate claims for any meal program that is offered
Responsibilities and Duties:
Communicate effectively with Parents, Students, and Campus Staff via email, telephone, and fax in person in a professional manner.
Organize and manage the meal program to follow federal and state guidelines. Prepare the daily and monthly reports and email or fax reports to Central Administration
Answer telephone to provide information, take message, or transfer calls
Assist principal with truancy procedures.
Maintain calendar of school events
