Job Summary:

HCA Florida Lake Monroe Hospital is seeking a trauma surgeon for their Level II trauma center in Sanford, FL

Qualified Candidates:

* Board certified by the ABS with trauma/surgical critical care fellowship
* 12-hour shifts, 7a-7p / 7p-7a
* Incoming surgeon will be the 6th trauma surgeon to round out the group
* Robust step-down unit
* ATLS required

* 12-hour primary in-house coverage plus 12-hour secondary call from home with 30-min response (rarely called in)

* 24/7 on-site anesthesia, surgical services team & trauma-trained nurses
