ROLE TITLE: Assistant Professor of Clinical Psychology (tenure-track)

Summary of Position:

The Psychology Department invites applicants for a full-time tenure track assistant professor position beginning August 2024. We are seeking applicants with expertise in Clinical Psychology. Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology or closely-related discipline is required by the start date. The successful candidate must demonstrate a commitment to (a) undergraduate teaching, (b) the active involvement of undergraduate students in research, and (c) diversity, equity, and inclusion. Teaching load is typically 6 courses per academic year and may vary depending on Senior Project advising. Courses taught might include Clinical Psychology, Adult and/or Child Psychopathology, Foundations of Psychology, Statistics, Research Methods, and other courses in the candidate's area of expertise. All faculty are expected to participate in delivering college-wide first-year/sophomore seminars as part of their teaching load. The successful candidate will provide evidence of excellence in teaching, ongoing scholarship, and professional development. Excellent teaching and research facilities are available.
