The Caregiver Recruiter is responsible for delivering all facets of recruiting for providers of supported living services, independent living services, community integration training programs, behavioral analysis services and difficult placements across the United States. This will be achieved through the development of local, national and international recruiting plans, employing traditional, as well as non-traditional, sourcing strategies and resources, in addition to developing new, creative recruiting ideas.

Specific Duties:
    • Manage the full cycle recruiting process and collaborate with all teams in the organization to anticipate all evolving staffing needs.
    • Collaborate closely with Managers on current recruiting needs, areas of future interest, communication, and hand-off protocol.
    • Strategically build and maintain an ongoing distribution network of job placements and postings via field travel, research, cold-calling, and distribution network that will attract potential candidates.
    • Assists with job posting and advertising processes.
    • Screens applications and selects qualified candidates.
    • Partner generally with managers and executive team to forecast and develop plans for key staffing initiatives.
    • Attends and participates in college job fairs and recruiting sessions.
    • Track and report key metrics designed to measure and predict staffing activity.
    • Regular follow up with the respective managers and candidates to ensure timeliness of recruitment process.
    • Actively participate in all staffing related activities and engage in cross-functional projects.
    • Participate in company meetings as necessary.
    • Performs other duties as assigned.

Skills/Abilities:
    • Must have basic understanding of the end-to-end recruitment life cycle processes.
    • Proficient computer skills including the Microsoft Office and in-depth knowledge of data mining and Internet research.
    • Convey easily and quickly any message; Speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations; listens attentively and seeks clarification; Responds well to questions; Maintain professional nonverbal communication analogous to situation.
    • Writes clearly and informatively with a high level of sophistication; Varies writing style to meet needs; Presents numerical data effectively; Able to read and interpret complex written information.
    • Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics.

Education and Experience:
    • High School Diploma, GED or Equivalent required.
    • Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) from four-year college or university preferred.
    • Must have at least 1-2 years of customer service experience.
    • At least 1-2 years of Staffing/Recruitment experience, strong understanding, and ability to recruit contract, permanent placement, and internal staff highly preferred.
    • Experience in general HR functions is preferred.
    • Must have experience in being collaborative, thoughtful and creative.
    • Fluent in Tagalog highly preferred.
