Matchwell is hiring Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for one of our Skilled Nursing partners in King of Prussia, PA See below for full details and benefits.

Salary Range: $34/hr. -$44/hr.

Position Requirements:
  • Current and active PA LPN /RN Certification
  • TB: 1-step PPD, TSPOT or QuantiFERON, Neg chest X-ray accepted (within 5yrs)
  • Current Physical
  • MMR, Varicella
  • Hepatitis B , Influenza or approved Declination forms
  • Mask Fit test
  • COVID vaccinations
  • 2 References
  • Background and Drug Screening

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Accurately measure and chart patients' medical history and maintain complete records.
  • Monitor patients' conditions and response to care plan, reporting any changes to healthcare team members.
  • Administer medications and treatments as outlined in patients' care plan.
  • Other duties as assigned.
