* Practice includes 16 urologists and 6 advanced practice providers currently
* Clinic opening will support primary office in Arlington Heights, with Hoffman Estates satellite
* Possibility of growth into Schaumburg
* Call will be taken at Northwest Community Hospital
* Call of 1:4
