Our client is seeking a Customer Service Rep. to join their team. As a Customer Service Rep, you will answer phones, greet customers and problem solving skills which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title: Customer Service**

**Location: Kansas City North**

**Pay Range: $18.00-$20.00**

**What's the Job?**

+ Manage large amounts of incoming calls

+ Open and maintain customer accounts by recording information

+ Resolve customer complaints

+ Utilizer computer technology

+ Greet customers and ascertain problem or reason for calling

**What's Needed?**

+ Proven Customer Service Experience

+ Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills

+ Familiar with CRM Systems and Practices

+ Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to issues

+ Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
