Performs obstetrical ultrasound exams for screening and diagnostic purposes for pregnant patients of any gestation and assumes responsibility for accuracy under the supervision and direction of a Maternal Fetal Medicine physician. Performs obstetrical ultrasound procedures for Alpha Fetal Protein screened patients, biophysical profiles, fetal vessel dopplers, fetal echo cardiography, and amniotic fluid volume index (AFI). Performs other procedures as directed.

Required qualifications:

* Coursework/Training: Graduation in Ultrasound technology from an accredited institution.
* Coursework/Training: Current compliance with Continuing Medical Education (CME) requirements for specialty as appropriate.
* National Certification from American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography upon hire.
* National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
* 1 year of Experience performing obstetrical ultrasound.

Preferred qualifications:

* Fetal Echocardiography certification upon hire
