Job Description

Work Schedule:

This is a full time, 1.0 FTE day/evening shifts. Core weekly schedule will be Monday through Friday from 6:40AM - 3:10PM and 9:40AM - 6:10PM. One weekly shift of 2:40PM to 11:10PM approximately every eight (8) weeks. Call responsibility required will be holiday triage, weekday and weekend. Hours may vary based on the needs of the department.

Pay:
  • A competitive starting pay and relevant work experience will be considered.
  • External hires may be eligible for a $5,000 sign on bonus.

Join our REMARKABLE Inpatient Surgery team who works together to perform complex surgical procedures to patients from all over the world

We are seeking a Surgical Tech to:
  • Work in our fast pace environment to prepare the Operating Room prior to surgery.
  • Work with world renowned surgeons within our Level 1 Trauma Center.
  • Prepare for and perform complex surgical procedures.
  • Anticipate the needs of and assist surgeons during surgery.

Education:

Minimum - Completion of Surgical Technologist program. Two (2) years of Surgical Technologist experience may be considered in lieu of completion of a Surgical Technologist program.

Work Experience:

Preferred - Completion of a Surgical Technologist program. One (1) year of experience as a Surgical Technologist.

Licenses and Certifications:

Minimum - Basic Life Support/CPR to be obtained within six (6) months of hire.

Preferred - Certified Surgical Technologist (CST)
