Adult Behavioral Caregiver

Adult Behavioral Caregiver - $22-27/hr

We are currently seeking an experienced Behavioral Caregiver to join the team in Peabody, MA.

They provide comprehensive services to adults who are living in this center.

Supervised by the RN and LPN, you will assist them in providing direct care treatment plus de-escalation and restraint when necessary.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Providing or assisting in activities of daily living for adults with disabilities
• Documenting the patient's behavioral issues
• Restraints and de-escalations when necessary

Qualifications:

• Must have prior Direct Care experience or experience with ADLs
• Mental Health or psychiatric experience is required
• Must be CPR certified or willing to get the certification
• Must be comfortable with restraint and de-escalation
• Compassionate and patient
