Join Our Team of Psychiatrists in the Washington DC Metro Area

We're offering full-time, part-time, and PRN roles across multiple locations, providing you with flexibility and diverse opportunities to make a difference in psychiatric care. Some of our inpatient shifts are conducted virtually

Tasks & Responsibilities:

* Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, including interviews, medical histories, physical exams, observations, and psychological testing.
* Analyze assessment data to diagnose patients and formulate treatment plans.
* Prescribe and manage medications tailored to individual diagnoses, monitoring for efficacy and potential side effects.
* Develop and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure progress.
* Provide crisis intervention as necessary and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to assess and refine treatment approaches.
* Coordinate care with case managers and external stakeholders, offering referrals and education to patients and families.
* Deliver virtual outpatient psychiatric services when required.

Requirements:

* Board certification or eligibility in Psychiatry.
* Willingness to become licensed in Maryland, DC, Virginia, or other covered geographies.
