1. **Companion Care:**

   - Engage clients in meaningful conversations.

   - Provide companionship and emotional support.

 

2. **Assistance with Daily Living:**

   - Aid with activities such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and laundry.

   - Assist with mobility and personal care as needed.

 

3. **Flexible Scheduling:**

   - Enjoy a flexible work schedule tailored to your availability.

 

4. **Daily Pay Option:**

   - Take advantage of our daily pay option for added financial flexibility.

 

5. **Client-Centric Approach:**

   - Follow care plans and customize care to meet the unique needs of each client.

**Requirements:**

 

1. **Dedication and Reliability:**

   - Demonstrate a strong commitment to providing excellent care.

   - Be reliable and punctual for scheduled shifts.

 

2. **Caring and Compassionate:**

   - Exhibit a compassionate and empathetic nature.

   - Show kindness and understanding to clients and their families.

 

3. **Communication Skills:**

   - Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and the care team.

   - Provide timely updates on client well-being.

 

4. **Experience:**

   - Previous experience in caregiving is desirable but not mandatory.

   - Dementia experience preferred but not required.

 

**Additional Requirements:**

 

- **Must be at least 18 years old**

- **Valid Driver's License and Car Insurance**

- **Pass Drug Test and Extensive Background Check**
