Installer/ Non-CDL Driver

Position Summary:

The primary function of the Installer & Non-CDL Driver is to safely operate a commercial motor vehicle in compliance with the company to deliver and install insulation at job while providing an exceptional customer service.

Duties & Responsibilities:

* Inspect truck/trailer for defects for safe operation.
* Comply to state and federal guidelines particularly as it relates to OSHA and DOT for the safety of all personnel.
* Safely install insulation at the job site.
* Stamina to lift heavy building materials up to 100+ lbs. for load/unload.
* Safely load building materials onto flatbed or boom truck and unload products at commercial and residential job sites.
* Perform pre-trip inspections of equipment, paperwork, and loaded product to ensure accuracy of order.
* Safely unload product and deliver to assigned area as directed by the customer.
* Maintain records required for compliance with State and Federal regulations.
* Must report all accidents involving driver or company equipment.

Basic Qualifications:

* High school diploma or GED required; 4-year degree preferred.
* Must have a valid driver's license.
* Knowledge of building materials and experience in the construction industry is preferred.
* Must have a clear three (3) year Motor Vehicle Report (MVR).
* Overall knowledge of Department of Transportation regulations.

Physical Requirements:

* Must be able to constantly stand 90% while moving from installing materials from commercial motor vehicle onto the job site.
* Constantly working in an outside environment while installing at commercial and residential job sites.
* Must be able to lift heavy building materials up to 80 lbs. for load/unload.
* Constantly, moving from unloading materials from commercial motor vehicle onto job site.
* Constantly, operates commercial motor vehicle and/or boom vehicle.
* Must be able to judge distance while delivering materials and/or operating boom.
* Frequently moves materials weighing up to 80lbs while unloading flatbed.
* Must be able to communicate with management and coworkers and be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
