- Clinic: plus 2 device technicians, 1 procedure scheduler and 1 clinic scheduler.
• Trauma Level: III

- Clinic is located across the street from the hospital. A one-hospital system. Very little commute time required.
• Hospital Privileges required: Yes
• Temporary Privileges available: Yes
• Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered
