Dean Honda is searching for a professional Express Service Advisor who can provide customers with an exceptional experience when they bring their vehicle in for service. This is a customer-facing position, so we’re looking for someone who is comfortable interfacing with the public and has a welcoming personality We are willing to train the right person. This is an opportunity to build a great career without a college degree or secondary education in automotive training.

Responsibilities include:

  • Create repair orders with all necessary vehicle and customer information.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of work being performed on customer vehicles.
  • Communicate with fellow employees (parts personnel, technicians, etc.) to effectively manage the service process.
  • Clearly communicate to the customer the multi-point inspection results and make appropriate/necessary recommendations to the customer.
  • Provide an exceptional customer experience to ALL customers of Dean Honda by keeping customers updated on repair timelines and explanation of repairs.
  • Abide by Pennsylvania and Honda service and repair standards.

Certifications/requirements:

  • Excellent work ethic, positive attitude and dependability.
  • Experience at a dealership and/or independent repair facility preferred, but not required. We are willing to train the right person
  • Basic computer skills - ability to navigate various websites and software programs.
  • Fluent typing skills.
  • Organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
  • Attention to details (i.e. following up with customers and maintaining work order timelines).
  • Valid driver's license and responsible driving record.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.

Earning potential: Compensation is structured as a base salary + commission
