Extraordinary Projects need Exceptional Talent
DESCRIPTION:
As a Superintendent at Fisk Electric, reporting to The General Manager, you will have the opportunity to:
* Act as the primary leader of subcontractors and field forces on a job site
* Maintain project safety in accordance with the Company's Safety Policy
* Oversight of multiple jobs & manpower for each job
* Develop and update the project schedule
* Prepare two-week look ahead schedules
* Update project schedules utilizing computerized scheduling software
* Assist with the buyout and selection of major subcontractors
* Coordinate the work of the subcontractors' field forces
* Communicate effectively with owners, designers and engineers
* Maintain accurate cost reports
REQUIREMENTS:
* High School Diploma or GED required
* At least 8 (eight) years of commercial construction experience is required
* Experience managing others with a proven history of leading, teaching, developing, and mentoring successfully
* Experience with Conest and Accubid Software
* Experience with project management and scheduling software (ex: JDE, Procore, Bluebeam, Asta)
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required
* Good written and verbal communication skills
