The Commercial HVAC Technician will repair and perform daily routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and emergency service of HVAC/Refrigeration systems throughout Central Florida. You will be dispatched from your home.

Specifically, you will:

* Perform field repair of HVAC and Refrigeration systems throughout Central Florida (Tampa, Orlando, Gainesville)
* Complete all scheduled preventive HVAC maintenance assigned
* Complete all required documentation
* Maintain inventory control and review ordering needs with leadership
* Keep working areas and vehicles neat, clean, and tidy
* Complete tasks assigned within time constraints implied by leadership
* Maintain department standards performance in terms of attendance, appearance, performance, acceptance of assignments, and strict adherence to all safety policies and requirements
* Perform other miscellaneous duties as required

What it takes to succeed:

* High school diploma or equivalent
* Technical trade school or equivalent experience with an emphasis on HVAC/ Refrigeration
* At least 2 years of practical HVAC/Refrigeration experience or combination of HVAC/ Refrigeration experience & trade school experience
* Knowledgeable in the reading of and working from blueprints and/or drawings
* EPA Universal level certification
* Experience in HVAC Controls
* Valid state drivers license and be able to obtain a company drivers license
* Ability to lift 50 pounds and push/pull up to 100 pounds with assistance
* Ability to repetitively climb stairs
* Ability to climb and work off of ladders
* Must be available to work scheduled on-call shifts or hours

Compensation: $25-34.00/hr based on experience
