What will you do?
* Responsible for the training of ATS wirers is essential. Must put an emphasis on operating in a safe manner and producing a high-quality product.
* Provide process improvement suggestions
* Ensure training records are updated
* Assess individual's progress/ability
* Perform production responsibility to assigned area
* Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
What skills and capabilities will make you successful?
* High-energy, hands-on individual with the ability to multi-task and work with little to no minimal supervision
* Understanding of Safe practices for wiring and a manufacturing environment
* Must work well with others and have a passion for others to be successful
* Work as team player with all departments

* Must have solid foundation for wiring with no quaity concerns
* Ability to read and comprehend manufacturing instructions
* Ability to read and understand a Work Order
* Good verbal and written communication skills
* Basic computer skills is preferred
* Understanding ofr JDE
* High School Diploma or GED equivalency
