Qualificaitons: 1. Skills in plumbing, electrical and HVAC trades with overall knowledge of other trades to include boilers, pumps, air conditioning, carpentry, masonry

2. Mechanical abilities with knowledge of kitchen equipment and demonstrated success in performing tasks listed below

3. Black Seal Boiler Operators License

4. High School diploma

5. Educational Facilities Manager Certification

6. Valid New Jersey Driver's License

7. Required criminal history background check and proof of U.S. citizenship, legal resident alien status, or authorization to work in the U.S.
