SAGE Dining Services is seeking qualified and trained culinary arts and catering personnel to lead a diverse range of events, banquets, and elevated catering experiences for the community of Idyllwild Arts Academy and Summer Program.
As a catering lead, you will fulfill the vital and exciting role of assisting with planning, collaborating, preparing, and launching elevated culinary experiences for our guests. A few examples of our events include senior lunches; alumni celebrations, art gallery receptions and openings, summer outdoor BBQs, trustees meetings, presidential dinners, art showcases, and graduations. This is just a general portrait of the life of the catering lead where there's never a dull moment.
