Job Description

The Operations Associate will be responsible for the opening, processing, and balancing lockbox transactions. This position is also responsible as acting as a backup to our Computer Room team.

Responsibilities

* Opening and preparing of incoming mail for lockbox processing
* Processing check payments through branch capture style equipment
* Processing and balancing of Lockbox transactions
* Printing of check production files
* Processing of ACH and Positive Pay files
* Printing of various statement files and letters

Qualifications

* High School diploma or equivalent;


* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Word, Access)


* Excellent communication and organizational skills;


* Ability to multi-task and be detail oriented


* Ability to work in a fast paced environment.



Essential Functions:

* Sitting or standing for extended periods of time.


* Sufficient dexterity of hands and fingers to efficiently operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and other computer components.


* Ability to converse and exchange information with all levels of staff within organization.


* Ability to observe, perceive, identify, and translate data
