Your Role

+ Provide one-on-one ABA therapy, helping children develop crucial life skills and positive behaviors.

+ Collaborate with a supportive clinical team to implement individualized care plans.

+ Maintain accurate, digital records of each session to track progress and outcomes.

+ Foster a positive, engaging learning environment for clients and build strong, supportive relationships with families.

What We-re Looking For:

+ Ahigh school diploma(or equivalent).

+ A genuine desire tohelp children with Autismsucceed.

+ Compassion, patience, and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations.

Important Details:

+ Services are provided in clients- homes or community settings.

+ All positions begin part-time, with the potential to grow.

+ Completion of a40-hour Registered Behavior Technician(RBT) training course is required.

+ A6-month minimum commitmentis essential to ensure continuity for our clients.
