The Corporate Counsel will be working with all the teams in the Company to provide assistance in implementing the Company’s Compliance Management System.


  • Daily Administrative duties pertaining to the Legal/Compliance team

  • Reviewing, monitoring, and summarizing new and updated laws and regulations

  • Assisting with filing Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs)

  • Researching and analyzing law sources such as federal and state statutes and regulations

  • Supporting with regulatory filings

  • Assisting with managing company policies and procedures

  • Assisting with Legal/Compliance trainings

  • Performing clerical duties such as scheduling meetings and composing and typing routine correspondence

  • Other duties as assigned


Must Have Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent and relevant job experience

  • Have experience performing legal research

  • Have knowledge of the litigation and subpoena process

  • Have knowledge of the contracting process and standard elements of a contract

  • Have a commitment to continuous business improvement

  • Be capable of working closely with internal clients and outside counsel

  • Have effective planning, organizational and project management skills

  • Be able to manage multiple projects and tasks effectively

  • Have a high level of attention to detail and accuracy

  • Have excellent written and communication skills

  • Have the ability to work independently

  • Have critical thinking, analytical and problem solving skills

  • Be self-motivated and able to work well in a team based environment
