Our office is in Milwaukee, WI, but shifts are completed in the client's home and are available in the following locations:

Talem Home Care in Milwaukee provides unskilled personal care and household services for clients in their homes. You'll build relationships, improve the quality of life, and serve the elderly in need of love and care. Your goal will be to help individuals enjoy life by serving as companions and ensuring our clients' space is clean, safe, and organized.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Meal Preparation
  • Light Housekeeping
  • Stand-by Assistance
  • Medication Reminders
  • Companionship
  • Personal Care (bathing/dressing)
  • Transportation etc.

SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES MUST HAVE:

  • A reliable car and a valid driver's license
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Preferably with six months of caregiving experience but are willing to train the right candidates
  • CBRF certified is preferred (or in the process of getting certified)
  • Flexibility with scheduling which may include night shifts
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • A professional and friendly attitude
  • Dependable, honest, and trustworthy; treat clients with dignity & respect
  • Ability to pass the background check
