We support our clinicians in building a thriving and profitable caseload upon a culture of innovation, professionalism, and healthy work/life balance. We seek licensed clinicians (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) for fullor part-time positions in our Phillipsburg, NJ,Phillipsburg, NJ location.

Clinicians have the option of onsite hybrid scheduling.

Compensation:

* The salary range for this position is $58,300 to $103,900 per year. The role is also eligible to receive bonuses based on performance. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, licensure/certifications, scheduled clinical hours, etc.

Requirements:

* Master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related counseling field
* Minimum of two years of clinical experience
* Independent mental health license in New Jersey
* Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families
* Solid computer and basic technology skills
* Demonstrated history of professional growth and development
* Self-motivated and independent clinicians able to quickly build rapport with clients

Beneficial Skills and Experience:

* Competent with a wide range of clinical presentations
* Experience with children or adolescents
* Experience with couples or family counseling
* Experience with health psychology
