Pay: $18-$23 an hour
Hours: 15-20 hours per week

Job Summary :
Our client is looking to expand our team with passionate, hardworking Registered Behavioral Technicians (RBTs). This is a unique opportunity for the right candidates to make a significant difference in the lives of children and families in our community.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Provide direct, one-on-one therapy with children in their homes.
  • Collect and record data on the progress and abilities of the clients.
  • Assist in the analysis and adaptation of treatment plans to ensure they are as effective as possible.
  • Collaborate with families and other professionals to ensure continuity and quality of care.
  • Added Advantages: Current RBT certification and CPR.

Qualifications:
  • Current RBT certification.
  • Minimum of 6 months of ABA experience preferred but not required.
  • Passionate about helping individuals with autism and related disorders.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the local area.
