Responsibilities:

• Represents attorney by communicating and obtaining information; following-up on delegated assignments; knowing when to act and when to refer matters to attorney.
• Maintains client confidence by keeping client/attorney information confidential.
• Collects information on work history/medical information.
• Solving deficiencies for client claims.

Requirements:

• Must have 1 year or more of recent and relevant experience in a corporate environment.
• Must be customer friendly with the ability to work under pressure.
• Must be able to multi-task.
• Must be able to be on the phones most of the day.
• Must have good problem solving skills.
• Must have a good attitude willing to work.
• Must be able to work 8 a.m-5 p.m. Monday-Friday.
• Must be able to work in a professional office setting.
• Medical claims/patient registration experience is a plus.
• Temporary to hire.
• Payrate: $14/hr.
