Position Highlights:

Job Summary

* The Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) I is accountable for performing radiological procedures as directed.
* Demonstrates knowledge of the principles of growth and development and possesses the ability to respond to specific issues and data reflective of the patient/customer's status.
* Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care for the population served in the department, from birth through geriatric population.

Education and/or Experience

* Satisfactory completion of formal Radiologic Technology training in an AMA-approved school and meets the requirements for registry by the ARRT.
* Preferred Education of Associates Degree

Required License/Certification/Registration

* Must be certified by and maintain current registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists.
* BLS completed within 6 months of start date is required and must be maintained.

Work Schedule

* Monday - Friday; 80 hours every 2 weeks
* Day, Evening and Night shifts
* Occasional weekend (1 weekend a month)
* Occasional holiday (1-2 holidays a year)
* Occasional call time (call when working weekends)



Pay

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.

* $25.00 - $37.75 per hour
