Cashier/Cleaner

Overview

The role of the Garage Cleaner is to provide exceptional guest experiences while ensuring the continued cleanliness and safety of the garage.

Responsibilities

* Customer Service: Make exceptional guest experiences the priority in every interaction
* Shift Report: Document all incidents per company policy
* Maintain cleanliness of garage area daily
* Handle questions from customers and manage equipment issues

Qualifications

Years of Experience: Entry Level

Language Skills: Proficient in English both verbally and written

Education Requirements: High school diploma/GED

Requirements:

* Ability to read, write and verbally communicate in English
* Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time
* Ability to walk short and long distances
* Ability to stand for long periods of time
* Possess the manual dexterity to operate parking equipment, including POF machines, garage gates, and location-specific equipment
* Strong sense of customer service
* Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
* Be at least 18 years of age
* Be able and willing to smile during every customer interaction
* Maintain uniform standards while around the account
* Ability to pass a criminal background check
* Ability to create relationships with customers
* Strong organizational skills
