ATTENDANCE REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION ARE AS FOLLOWS: A rotating, 8-hour shift, including weekends, evenings and holidays. Must be available to work additional hours as needed.

Responsibilities

This position is responsible for the general maintenance of the buildings and grounds at Heritage Park. Maintains buildings and grounds by performing basic carpentry, electrical, mechanical, a/c work, plumbing work, mowing, weeding, and landscaping.

Qualifications

Position requires a High School Diploma with six (6) months to one year experience in building and grounds maintenance. A combination of education and pertinent experience may be considered. Experience in HVAC, plumbing, or electrical repairs preferred. A valid driver's license is required. Successful out of state candidates must be able to obtain a valid Texas driver's license within 90 days of hire.

Application review and the City may also conduct additional skill assessment tests, in addition to the panel interview.

Selected applicants must be able to pass a background investigation and a pre-employment drug test.
