ATTENDANCE REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION ARE AS FOLLOWS: Non rotating 40 hour work week, Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. Must be available to work additional hours as needed.

Responsibilities

Performs clerical and/or data entry duties and may include answering phones, routing calls, data entry, filing and document control; process judicial orders, type correspondence; maintain office supplies, and other court documents, provide customer service to internal/external customers, conduct all receptionist duties as needed; satisfy request for certified copies of warrants and EPO records; schedule appointments; maintain weekly schedule for full-time judges; maintain monthly schedule foe part-time judges; maintain interpreters schedule, distribute educational pamphlets; maintain calendar, EPO log; copy and distribute information; errands, pick-ups and deliveries; fax documents and motions; log in magistration documents. Will be asked to perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Position requires a High School Diploma or GED with one (1) year work related experience. Work requires knowledge necessary to understand basic operational, technical, or office processes. A valid driver's license is required. Successful out of state candidates must be able to obtain a valid Texas driver's license within 90 days of hire.

Application review and the City may also conduct additional skill assessment tests, in addition to the panel interview.

Selected applicants must be able to pass a background investigation and a pre-employment drug test.
