Experienced HVAC Technician

Experienced HVAC technicians are encouraged to apply to Cummings Properties for this full-time opportunity.

Job Responsibilities:

* Install, repair, and maintain HVAC systems across 11 million square feet of office, retail, and lab space
* Troubleshoot, service, install, and repair commercial HVAC systems such as water-source heat pumps, DX cooling, cooling towers, gas-fired hydronic systems, makeup air units, lab exhaust systems, and variable-frequency drives

Job Qualifications:

* EPA recovery certification
* Ability to work independently
* Minimum of five years of experience
* An excellent customer service attitude
* Knowledge of ductwork design, sizing, and fundamentals
* Refrigeration technician license is desirable, but not required
