A day as a Driver:

* Transportation of meals, meal carts, and any equipment needed between our main facilities, third party vendors, and LAX airport
* Load/unload aircraft according to airline regulations, specifications and equipment handling
* Ensure flights are always catered correctly
* Cater to DO&CO's client's airlines and handle airlines equipment expeditiously and safely
* Comply with all food safety and hygiene regulations as stated in the food safety management system handbook
* Comply with all LAX, CBP, DOT and all other applicable rules/regulations
* Report problems with the food safety management system to their manager and the hygiene and food safety team
* Ensure all vehicles are maintained in full working condition (including fueling and pre/post checks) and report any vehicle irregularities to dispatch immediately
* Complete other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management

Who you are:

* Have 1 to 3 years of experience as a CDL Driver
* Have a valid commercial driving license type A or B
* Able to obtain a LAWA Airport ID with a Drivers Icon and CBP Icon
* Able to manage through a substantial workload
* Able to lift, push, pull, move product, equipment and supplies up to seventy-five (75) pounds
* Able to work at heights up to 20-25 feet
* Regularly stand, bend, lift, and move intermittently during shifts of 8+ hours
* Capable to work independently as well as in a team environment
* Able to complete assigned tasks within the given time to meet strict deadlines
* Flexibility (able to work different shifts -days, nights, weekends, holidays)
