Job Description

The Opportunity:

The Barista Team Lead will follow the direction of Nutrition leadership. They are able to open or close operations and run shifts in the absence of leadership. This person will oversee the execution of day to day operations. Job assignment may include Diet Office leadership, production, cashier, or other key positions. The Barista Team Lead assists with analytics data entry, prepare schedules, and ensures staffing levels meet demands. They ensure timely service, product quality, safety, and sanitation standards are met. They are involved with training and coaching staff, handling customer complaints, maintain a positive attitude, and conduct interactions in a professional manner. The Team Lead will delegate duties as needed, create daily specials, and is responsible for ordering inventory. This person must be available to work 5:00AM shifts, and be available on weekends. Makes decisions and communicates well. Our priority is patient care in that we interact with patients daily and have the opportunity to bring something positive to their day to ensure Saint Luke's is "The Best Place To Get Care, The Best Place To Give Care."
