Job Description: As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will play a key role in overseeing the daily operations of our hotel restaurant. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supervising restaurant staff and ensuring adherence to service standards and procedures.
  • Assisting with training and development initiatives to enhance the skills and performance of team members.
  • Monitoring inventory levels and ordering supplies to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Handling guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
  • Collaborating with the culinary team to develop and update menu offerings, ensuring variety and quality.
  • Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations at all times.
