Baptist Medical Center is hiring a Mental Health Therapist to join our TEAM. This is a PHP/IOP position specifically for a trauma based IOP. It is a Hybrid, Full-Time Day shift opportunity.
* Florida LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT required*
As a Mental Health Therapist, your responsibilities will include:
* Conducting intake and assessment
* Assigning diagnoses and develop treatment plan for patients referred for mental health services.
* Providing treatment that is clinically necessary and evidence-based.
* Completing authorization requests as needed and maintain up-to-date medical records.
* Maintaining state professional licensure and credentialing with insurance panels.
* Ability to develop rapport with patients
* Assessing and diagnose patients using DSM criteria
* Developing a treatment plan
* Documenting treatment progress in keeping with Joint Commission standards
* Efficient use of EMR
