• Support Staff: CRNAs and Nurses
• Case Mix: Geriatric fractures, Urology, General Surgery (no bariatrics), advanced breast cancer surgery, total joints, and ALL endoscopy under Propofol infusion
• Procedures: OB Anesthesia, endoscopy.
• No of Beds: 87
• EMR: Cerner
• Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered

Requirements:
• Active AZ License
• BC/BE
• DEA
• Minimum of 1 year experience
• ACLS
