Salary:
$150k-$180k base salary (negotiable based on experience), with quarterly bonuses

Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a full-time Optometrist to join their esteemed team in Prescott, Arizona. The successful candidate will be part of a well-established, medically oriented optometry group practice with a focus on providing exceptional eye care services to the community. Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive eye examinations, including testing visual acuity, prescribing corrective lenses, diagnosing and treating ocular diseases, and providing pre- and post-operative care.
  • Collaborate with specialists and co-manage cataract and other eye surgeries.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
  • Educate patients on proper eye care practices and treatment options.
  • Stay updated on advancements in optometry and participate in continuing education activities.
  • Work closely with support staff to ensure efficient patient flow and exceptional customer service.

Qualifications:

  • Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited institution.
  • Valid state licensure to practice optometry in Arizona.
  • Strong clinical skills and ability to provide high-quality patient care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and education.
  • Prior experience in a medical optometry setting preferred, but not required.
