UT Health East Texas is home to a Gastroenterology Fellowship program.
About our GI Job Opening:
* Join a team of 6 Gastroenterologists and 2 Nurse Practitioners
* Rotating Call 1:6 (covering only one facility)
* The outpatient clinic is conveniently located on the hospital campus
* Onsite Lab/Procedure Rooms, 4 GI Suites at UT Health Tyler, and 3 GI Suites at the UT Health North Campus- ranked a "Top 123 Hospitals of 2023" for Teaching Hospitals- by The Leapfrog Group
* Inpatient/Outpatient mix
* Mon-Fri, 8-5 Clinic/Procedures
* EMR: Epic

Graduate Medical Education is an integral component of UT Health East Texas and includes accredited residency programs and a new medical school that opened in 2023 in Tyler.
UT Health East Texas, servicing more than 600K, consists of 10 hospitals, more than 50 physician clinics, over 300 employed providers, 13 regional rehabilitation facilities, two freestanding emergency centers, regional home health services covering 41 counties, an EMS fleet of more than 45 ambulances and four helicopters, and a comprehensive seven-trauma center care network, including a Level 1 trauma center.
