Responsibilities

* Receiving requests for service and matching staff to patient needs
* Inputting patient and staff schedules and generating weekly calendars
* Supporting Intake and Medical Records as back-up
* Documenting scheduling errors
* Ensuring full-time staff and staff with guarantees meet weekly productivity
* Ensuring compliance with all state and federal legal and regulatory requirements
* Additional responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications

* High school diploma
* 1+ year experience in home care setting
* Experience in scheduling
* Ability to work tactfully with patients and the community
