The specific responsibilities for a Client Coordinator:
* Handle incoming phone calls, scheduling clients for treatments and consultations
* Overseeing contracts are complete and entered
* Confirmation calls and managing the flow of every client experience
* This individual is responsible for all point of sales processes
* Greeting clients, delivering excellent customer service, nightly reporting and reconciling
* Respond to all incoming electronic leads and get them on 'The Spa' schedule
The requirements for success as a Client Coordinator:
* Personality is absolutely critical; you must be outgoing, friendly, good with people, upbeat, positive, bubbly...
* Driven; much of your success is dependent on your willingness to "Get 'Er Done"
* Accountability; our environment is driven by meeting our numbers each month, you need to be comfortable and thrive in an environment driven by goals
* Passion for the aesthetics industry; you need to embrace the positive impact that the aesthetics industry can have on our guests and students
* Detailed; you must be organized, structured, good at following protocols and be able to get the details right
* Flexibility; NIMA is a growing company and our needs constantly change, we need people that are willing to do whatever it takes to meet goals, love having a variety of job responsibilities and think that change is a positive thing
* A year commitment if possible
Required:
* Medical Spa/ Day Spa experience
* Sales experience
* Aesthetic License
Compensation:
* $16 - $20 per hour with commission (base pay is $13/hr)
* Commission is based on overall spa sales (services, etc.)
* Health benefits for 30+ hours
* PTO (Paid Time Off)
* 401K with company match after 1 year
* Free or discounted products and services (FREE Botox)
* Some Fridays & Saturdays required
