GENERAL DUTIES

* Prepare and operate CNC machine to perform tasks such as bending, punching, laser, etc.
* Operate/ monitor multiple pieces of equipment during operation to ensure quality production and minimal unplanned stops.
* Maintains high level of productivity and produces quality parts.
* Performs daily preventative maintenance tasks to maintain equipment.
* Communicate with team members and supervisor to ensure continuous production of the correct product at high quality levels with minimal wasted time and materials.
* Maintain excellent work attendance.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

* High school diploma or GED.
* 0-1 year experience with CNC machinery.
* Having a team-orientated state of mind
* Be able to understand basic directions in English (required)
* Pre-employment drug screen and background check are required

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

* Must be able to stand, walk and lift for up to 8 hours daily.
* Vision abilities requires close, distance, color, peripheral, and depth
* Required to lift, push, pull, and/or carry up to 50 lbs. continually.
* May be required to stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
* Moderately loud noise levels in plant environment.
* Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

JOB TYPE

* Full-time (40 hours per week)

SCHEDULE

* 8-hour shift
* Monday to Friday
* Overtime available
